After losing a love one, hope comes in the form of rain for spiritual healing.
                             "Should It Rain Tomorrow"

Tonight's remembering of merciless moments an aeon ago,
sends sadness toward the stars and moon's full glow.

Should it rain tomorrow,
I pray it is enough to wash away the sorrow.

Since you left and took with you our happy song,
I've walked a plank hovering dry ponds way too long.

Even disappeared the lonely sound of the water's loon;
I just keep drowning in this same o' sandy dune.

Parched notes crackle with my attempted cries;
spent tears after these many years yield to pathetic sighs.

Should the morning gift me with rain,
with it comes hope to drench this lonesome pain.
