A woman dates a closet bi/gay? man who she urges to open up to her.
Bi-Bedtime Stories, By Patricia Meyer

Take this blank page of my body,
Write your script on me,
But please don’t read my bedtime story.
It’s safer that way, read the one you write upon me, and I yours, never stopping to open the book, to read beneath the pages, to rhyme the truths of our own twisted tales in wonderland.
A safe read, to put us to sleep.

There is always more story to tell,
Questions left unasked,
Information withheld,
Truths whispering under the storybook covers,
Or jumping out, a green frog, “I’m not what you think,”

Oh but should I peek inside your rich binding?
Would I throw your story against the wall,
Shrink from your witchy bed, lacking a fairy tale ending. Because in this story, Cinderella is wearing the other shoe, and her Prince just might prefer stallions to pumpkins?

Oh, but should Sir. Charming look under his beauty’s many mattresses, would he find that sweet pea of purity?

Or would he discover, Snow White in the closet, strangling a frog, and Cindi waiting for her on her knees?

Go ahead wave your magic wand,
my body will tremble in your tempting bed.
Swirl me about your gallant castle,
Or tuck me away in your secret spire,
I might know the Kingdom’s secrets,
But I am no town crier.

This little rider also has a following,
as she very well should,
The bad wolf pants as she passes, to taste her sticky red hood.
She nods at the butcher, the baker, she takes a taste of her pie,
She smiles at the candle-stick maker and flicks his wick of a fly.

So go ahead and open it,
The storybook under your bed,
Open it wide and let’s read it together,
And leave nothing more to be said.

Rub a dub dub three men in a tub,
With bath bubbles high in the air,
Little Miss Muffet he knew how to touch it,
And for him no one else could compare.

I will the take the Once Upon,
And you can take the Time,
And we'll toss merrily beneath the covers,
With no reasons, just our rhyme.
