A poem about letting go of pain.

Tides of Tears



She really should have been fine

She was free

But she cried enough tears

To fill up the sea

Then with beaches for tissues

And breezes for breath

She sent all those tears with the sea as it left

To go to wherever it is that seas go

When the moon rises high and the tide sinks low
