Fiber-rich foods:

Phytonutrient- rich foods:
pink grapefruit, watermelon, tomato, Pinto beans, Pizza, Potato, Red kidney beans, Red wine

Saponin-rich foods:
beans, chickpeas, nuts, oats, potato, soybeans, spinach, tomato

Sea vegetables: alaria, dulse, hijiki, kelp, nori Shiitake , mushrooms, Tangerine, Tea, Whole grains.

Steer Clear
Saturated fats: full-fat dairy products, red meat, chicken skin, other fatty foods.
