Short poem about how I perceive emotions and how I relate.
Anguish is a word I've never doubted the feeling of.

You know what anguish is, you know how it feels.
We know when someone says it,
It's serious means of grief and pain.
We know that when one is to use anguish to describe their emotions;
That it is and extreme hurt they are feeling.

I have never been good at healing myself, nor healing others.
I've wrote more emotions then I have ever shown.

Deep down inside, I am wallowing in anguish.
