A realization of myself
Sometimes I sit back, look at myself and notice something awful.

I realize something painfully obvious.

And that is the simple fact that I am boring

I am boring. I do not say it for sympathy.
I do not say it for attention. I do not want comfort, and I do not want confirmation nor denial.

I say this for myself. I say this to myself in hopes that if I adknowledge it that I will push harder to change.

I am not boring because it is my nature but because I choose to be; because I have let myself be Shackled by a society that tells you it is better to be invisible than different.

Because I am a coward who refuses to leave a unlocked cage.

I am boring but do not want to be. I am a coward but do not want to be. So I will do what I can to change. I will try not to let the voices in my head stop me. I will move into a beautiful butterfly. So just watch me.
