Ambiguous feelings that occur in widows.
 Moving on  (E)
Ambiguous feelings that occur in widows.
#2114744 by Chris Breva

I lost you three years ago
It is time to move on
I know that's what you would have me do
So why do I feel like a heel
I'm not cheating if you're gone.

My new lady is wonderful
She treats me like I'm made of gold
I know she would be the choice you'd have me make
She loves me as much as you ever did
Let me go so she and I can grow old.

Thank you for our time together
The years we spent were happy ones
I will never forget my love for you
Yet it is time for me to go on with life
Together my girl and I will face the dawns.
