The fact that Spring brings new life each year keeps us smiling for the rest of our days.
Little daffodils
just fledglings pushing to light
new life brings us hope

small chicks become hens
all day they search to find food
at dark they need sleep

yellow lilies smile
their faces look to the sun
new life is golden

pansies cheer new life
in the cold they defeat death
frozen but alive

Winter hides the life on Earth
Springtime brings new life again
