Poem to a prompt of a fox image
CRAZY LIKE A FOX

Crazy like a fox
Mind fit and lean
Outsmart a fox
It remains to be seen

I go where I will
Yet I'm never found
I just can't be caught
By man or by hound

I take what I want
A mouse or a hen
Then vanish like smoke
Before you count ten

Where the wolf cannot go
I go with ease
What the lion can't do
I do when I please

They say that size counts
I say that it's true
The advantage is mine
For I'm smaller than you

I am the best looking
Of all Heaven's flocks
Every beautiful woman
Is called a real fox

Which animal's best
Of all that you see
The answer is clear
The winner is me
