One night stands can be bitter sweet.
I woke to the morning,
no warning,
only birds calling,
it's all in the signs showing,
if she stays or she's going,
Is she leaves falling
or grass growing?
Am I wondering or knowing?
throwing away
to stay closer to the morning,
no warning,
past horizons quickly appears
a new day's dawning,
drawing me near,
hearing birds calling,
showing leaves falling
on grass growing,
suddenly knowing,
she's gone to the morning,
no warning,
