Puddled with a drool of innocence
Plucked before the fruit was even born
Back splash of colors flushed
Waiting for the finish, never to run again

Perplexed in the beating, rhythmic simplicity
A child's grin in a passionate kiss
Born again to see again
The innocence of natural bliss.
