Aspiring artists when we met.
For us, creative goals were set.
Nineteen sixties promised love-ins
and soldiers on the horizons.

Viet Nam and Woodstock highlights
send haunts to present days and nights.
Art, protests, and war had their say.
Then we lost us along the way.
