Breaking up with writer's block
Dear Writer's Block,

It's not you, it's me. I am sorry to tell you that although we have had a very rough on and off again relationship, it is time for us to go our separate ways. You see, we are simply not working out. I have so much I want to write and such high ambitions and you are just holding me back. I am ready to fly high and see where my imagination can take me. I cannot handle the mind numbing frustration that comes when the two of us get together I can no longer sit and stare at the blank page before me. I long to feel my fingers move over the keys and watch the story unfold. With you around, I cannot do those things and I feel that I am not living up to my full potential. So it's time for you to "kick rocks", "pop the clutch", "hit the road jack, and dontcha come back no more".

Sincerely,
Me
