A poem about a woman who loved sweets no matter how bitter the center was.
I'm happy with lies as long as you stay.
The words you wove into my mind.
Forever is not a word you should use so easily.
Why should I sample your truths at all?
When one is so much sweeter than other.

You sang me songs of love and loyalty,
But in the end, it was just a game.
Well two can play so I propose a match.
You the devil and I the willing fool.
We can dance as you go behind my back,
And I pretend everything is still okay.

Nothing is wrong we are perfectly happy.
So, promise me you will stay with me.
We will be together happy and laughing.
Forever and ever in the sweetness of our world.
