A Triveni poem
Harvest super moon shines its luminous light,
Rising slowly to the apex of its night sky.

Will it illumine the entire night? Will sleep escape me?

Form: The Triveni is a popular new verse form introduced by the Indian poet Gulzar. It consists of two lines which could stand alone, followed by a single line adding a completely different perspective. The third line, lost in the first two, either changes the meaning of the poem altogether, its focus, or gives it a surprising twist, in the process creating an entirely new poem altogether.
