Too many things can be associated with the wonderful Astrodome. It a favorite place to go.
The Astrodome

A stadium that was fun to visit
Seats were lovely colors on all the levels
The world saw sports, rodeos, and concerts to their delight
Rain was a problem only once as I recall
Orbit was the mascot for the Astros team
Defeat for tennis star Bobby Riggs came at Billy Jean’s hands
Opened to shelter Hurricane Katrina homeless evacuees
Maybe one day it will have another purpose
Enjoy your memories of the “Eighth Wonder of the World.”

There are so many celebrities and events that occurred there. This is an acrostic poem.
