Where's a girl going to find the right shells? (Terza Rima Sonnet)
Disney Dilemma

When my father heard about my audition
He forbade it, even called me a trollop,
But Disney's code proves a tighter condition.

Perhaps if I carried less of a wallop,
I wouldn't find myself in such a tight jam,
When what I need is an over-sized scallop.

I'm twenty-one and busty, how do I cram
my "so perfect for the part" womanly charms
Into these halves better suited to a clam?

They will have a fit if I raise up my arms.
If I turn too far, will the censors say whoa?
I don't much care, but Disney's raising alarms.

I have a solution to improve the show,
Let's move The Little Mermaid to HBO!

Form: Terza Rima Sonnet   - A Terza Rima Sonnet is a poem with an eleven syllable count in each line and a rhyming scheme of aba, bcb, cdc, ded, ee. It has no particular meter. In total, 14 lines. Written for the Round 86 of Invalid Item .

Note: For those not familiar, HBO is well known for having a, shall we say, more relaxed dress code than Disney.
