Just a short poem.
No more substantial than footprints in the snow
icy kiss of wind makes me vanish
I melt under the warm,gentle caress of the sun
no more sheltering than sandals in the snow
thriving under the spreading wings of shadow
hiding from the sun
one day a path followed
the next day all trace is gone
sandals in the snow.
