The fading of connection between friends.
how can we be friends?
it's all that matters in the end
regardless of blood, or relation of kin
where can we begin?

that which united, got divided
some unknown question - that decided?
how it started, how we parted
was a fragile line crossed?
a foggy shadow where ground was lost?

how have we come
to lose our common tongue?
some sad story of two minds
that were still young

I pray that someday we might
reignite the brilliant light
of the precious friendship
that once was - magnificently divine

to my sister, a beautiful human being
I miss you Mem, I miss my friend
