My attempt at a Villanelle, bent the rules a little bit.
When you stole my heart
I wasn't prepared
And now I want it back

But from the start
I never feared
When you stole my heart

But we need to be apart
My heart was snatched
And now I want it back

Slowly I fell apart
My soul was not spared
When you stole my heart

You are like fine art
Nothing still compared
Maybe I don't want it back

You will always be my sweetheart
With the love we shared
You stole my heart
And no way you can give it back
