A glimpse into my anxiety

The chaos is my mind
Drowning in my thoughts
Although I'll tell you I'm fine
I know I'm going to
get caught
Up in this tangle of webs you have created
I just want to be free, be liberated
The only thing I know
Is your no good for my soul
And I need to let you go
