A poem of a story of a fallen king
The king of reality
A pretty filigree

Your name in gold
Shining cold

On the plaque
Brings me back

To the days
When you were praised

You were the king
And now the sting

Has sunk in deep
Your heart may keep

The treasure
The pleasure

But your mind will never remember
The sweet bright ember

Of passion and greed
When your head landed at my feet
