A little poem I wrote years ago, sipping whisky with the sun going down.
I sat out on the roof tonight
And saw the gods in shifting light.

The sky once blue now peach and gold.
Clouds turn roseate, the air grew cold.

A golden ocean beyond our own,
As fiery liquid sinks to the bone.
