A poem about a beautiful palace.
In a place far away
There a gate was made of crystal
Where symbols shone in the day
It was a place of wonder

It wasn't big, tall or glorious
And their birds would sway
yet the palace was notorious
It was a palace of wonder

No one knows who goes in or out
Getting spiked with curiosity
questions were cast about
It was a palace of wonder

But the palace faded from view
I woke up looking at the ceiling
trying to picture the dream I once knew
It was a palace of wonder
