Pinhead

Lay my head to the cushion
Watch all the needles push in
The midnight oil burning
Need to do more learning

Many useful fabrics
End up often manic
Here I do more sitting
Need to do more knitting

And when I'm all made
On the floor I'm laid
The weight is lifting
Need to do more drifting

But then all the stitches
Come undone, untwisted
All over again, I'm starting
Need to do more repairing
