| To say "I love you" and throw it around... Fooled into thinking, that you finally found... A queen you have crowned... Kissing her steps, as you bowed to the ground... To end up the jester, just being clowned... You have damned my eyes... With all these cries... I try to forget, but my heart denies... You hurt me so, with all your lies... A damsel of deciete, and disguise... I, the fool to believe, and so unwise... ..."My God!"...I won't cry, I try and try... Forever have I fed on the sour and spoilage of hurt... Longing just for that little taste... Of actual love, the sweetest dessert... Now, reluctant I am, to give my heart, and hold someone near... Hurts real good friend has come... And that's called fear... Time was said to be, the medicine for healing I need... Maybe?...But it's not guaranteed... The relapse of pain... Left out in the rain... "Does anyone truly love anymore?" Or am I just lame... Just one more piece of cheese, to go with my whine, and I'll let it be... Wouldn't it be great... If hurt was spelled "L-O-V-E"... |
