A tale of anxiety

I am galaxy dust, anxiety and wonder.
Let me fill these empty pockets
With your charms.
I will keep them until
You can ready your hands for them again.
Your stupid face
Makes me forget
These subtle uncertainties.
I just need a mountain,
A chain of them,
To offer myself on as penance,
For believing I was nothing.
We are so many light years apart
That I can only bridge this distance
With space metaphors and sound,
And yet;

I would pick you up again,
I would be a dragon,
I would warn you to stay
Far away from me
