About a loving girl who meets a dying bird.
The little bird had strayed far from home, and with a lost wing fell to the ground. There he laid until a nurturing girl walked along the path of finding. She knelt by his side and with nervous fingers the bird arose. He laid in the strange new bed for hours on end till he could take it no more. It was time to go. With a quivering heart the girl came in and said, “I’ll miss you little crow.”
