A brief request
What is the price of Hope?
Does it cost too much to dream
Or does it cost too much not to?
Is faith simply idealism
In a good life that doesn't exist,
Or it is a concrete reality
Based on The One who promises
That no matter what happens,
Everything will work out for good?

I feel like I'm at the end,
But truth is, I haven't seen
What the end will be and
That's what's bothering me.

I fear, but I have to try,
I worry, but I try not to cry too much
Because if I stay in my lowest state,
I just might miss out on
What trophies my courage will bring...
If I dare to take risks
And believe anyway, despite what I see-

Give me courage to believe,
I forgot how to be a child.
