The fear of entering a dream and losing control of oneself upon falling asleep
Tumultuously the sands of time are thrust
The sea of stars to sail
To scatter 'fore we've dreamt with but a gust
Then gather with a gale.

Onto the universal ocean I now stand
Afraid to seek the light
Lest both my eyes be pierced with myriad grains of sand
Lest poureth in the night.

No man alive or beast or dreadful cataclysm
Bear likeness to the grim mirage
Of falling prey to the unearthly starlit prism
Beyond our heavens' crimson foliage.
