Blue Eyes

WC 79


A big blue circle - I pictured my children with those eyes. Those were wonderful eyes. I could see forever in those eyes. I could see our future in those eyes.

We talked of having children. Lots of children. Girls and boys. A house full, we had said. But there hadn’t been time.

One night John drove into the night and never came back. His car was found in a ditch. The funeral was yesterday. I will miss him dreadfully.
