This is a 6 syllable line poem that I did last night. I thought that I'd give it a try.
Down on the ground it shakes,
         Not knowing what to do,
         I tremble at the thought,
         I shudder when it cries.

Not sure where it came from,
I know where it will lie,
Far from the trees it flies,
Like a boy and his drum.

         A lowly cloud hangs low,
         Far reaching it may be,
         When you've reached your bottom,
         The loneliness sets in.

Now's the time to reach up,
To the top, you must go,
         Don't worry if you're slow,
You'll make it through that door.

Lift your hands in the air,
         Your effort makes it real,
         When you decide your fate,
You'll know it's not too late.

Sit up straight, nice and tall,
You'll feel good, there's no doubt,
         You have won the jackpot,
That's the way it should be.

Don't waste time, you'll be fine,
When you walk down the line,
         The loneliness is gone,
Now go out, have some fun.

Down Shakes and Up Shakes come,
Don't look down, just look up,
         It doesn't matter how,
         Holy cow, you look swell.
