Entry for writer's cramp
From the shiny shoe box
Peeps out my snoopy cat
Eyes round, like the owl’s
Her body a flawless cube

Next to her new bed
in the box that came in
Lies my happy cat
All purr purr purr

Daddy’s laptop bag
Now has two ears, which
Belongs to the real laptop
A furball of fun

Anyone gets a gift
My cat always gets the box
A large box, our house, she owns
Even the dog knows not to fight

The cat in a box
Big box, small box,
Tall box, tiny box
My cat fits all sizes
