Written in a mental hospital
1. Keep your mouth closed
and never
give anyone
a reason to rock
you, rule
number one
of life

2.My resolve
will not be
broken today
or never

3. nights are terrible
night are filled with
panic
nights are filled with
pain
nights are filled with
grief

4.Its that one special
kind of pain that
squeezes all the air
out of your lungs
in one forceful
hit of deep-rooted
sadness

5.pain, feels so
familiar
I hate it,
that feels foreign

6. borderline, the toss
that word around
as i sit in a
leather bound chair
and listen to them
tell me its a long
and difficult road ahead
i have mixed feelings about this but i
have that about everything

7. funny, how life
is, how it
will
toss you around
like a rag doll
yet handle you gently
as if you are
fine china

8. confusion, its
a part of me
for as long as i
have known

9 watching paint dry
grass grow
water boil
life is sometimes uneventful
