Corona Spring Time Thoughts

After a year of lockdowns
A year that seemed to last forever
A year of disastrous weather
A year like no other
Finally, as the spring comes near
There is a glimmer of hope
In the air
As vaccines continue to roll out
I will get my shot
In a few days
So I can enjoy, finally
The spring weather
Although I must still wear
The mask for the next few months
The end of the corona pandemic nears
General corona is almost finished
With his torturous ride
And his army of virus bots
Soon he will fade into memories
As we recover our old normal world
