Words from a departed loved one...
A Message From Above

Out on the porch on a bright summer day,

No one to talk to and nothing to say.

Thinking about how I know you would love.

The trees gently swaying, the blue skies above.

Watching above I am sure you can see,

And know that I hear you whisper to me.

I always will love you, don't ever doubt.

Do not be uncertain, all will work out.

I know you get lonely, I see the tears,

But think of the joy we shared through the years.

I know that each day you did all you could do,

Yes, there were hard times, but we saw them through.

You gave me courage when fear filled my heart,

Then God called me home and we had to part.

And now I am safe, with God, and pain free.

Grieve not my darling, I know you love me.
