At the top of the sixth inning, Lourdes Gurriel Jr. drove in Vladmir Guerrero Jr. with a single.
In the bottom of the seventh inning, Adam Engel hit a solo home run.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Abreu drove in Tim Anderson with a double.
Abreu went two for four at the plate and had two RBIs.
Chicago's starting pitcher, Dallas Keuchel went six innings, allowing six hits, two earned runs, two walks, and struck out eight batters.
Jay's starting pitcher, Hyun-Jin Ryu went six innings, allowing five hits, three earned runs, a walk, and struck out three batters.
The Jays kick off a four game series against the Red Sox in Boston tonight.
