Whatever Contest - Entry #2 - Free Verse - 15 Line

Newfound sensations set me right;
It gave me directions as a source of light.
Let's start this right, why don't we do it
Starting tonight? A beautiful time
Is in sight.

Feeling the breeze blowing through my
Hair, thoughts of freedom lingered there.
The smell was refreshing: As the rain
Came down, I felt the aroma of a freshly
Mowed meadow.

Freedom was beginning: The horses
Were whispering my name; they
Wanted me to ride them. As I put my
Feet into the stirrups, I lifted myself up
Into the saddle.
