not knowing can be better
The growl came from deep within
a byproduct of his eavesdropping.
He wouldn't get so darned mad
if he kept to his own business,
but then he wouldn't have discovered
the truth of the matter either.
It's true what they say, you know.
Sometimes ignorance really is bliss.
