Silly poem for the Daily Writers Cramp contest
The Tricker and the Trickster

Lay your money down shouted the joker
attired in clown with a big nose and frown
Pick a card the Trickster laughed aloud
spreading out his fan of cards all facing down
on his table as people walked by

Nay Nay the riddler laughed
as he strolling by .
You answer my riddle
and I’ll lay my money down

Tis I the riddler who is the master of tricksters
Cheers, Echoe’s rang out from the fair grounds
That Halloween night that night
The Riddler had Riddled the phoney Trickster
Clown with a Frown shouting lay your money down
It was a trick that turned around and tricked the Trickster
