A woman comes across something very strange in her home.
My Unusual Houseguest

“Hey! You hear me talking to you! Look down dummy!”

I was alone and about to lose it.

“Look down girl! Look down?

I looked down and screamed so loud that I scared myself.

“What and who are you? How did you get into my home?

I was looking at a bright red 8 inch fleshy object that talked.

“I am Demetri the demon and I was sent here to bring you to Hell for elimination unless you do the right thing.”

“What are you talking about?”

“You’ve been a very bad girl Estelle and unless you come clean about stealing from your job, you’ll have to be eliminated.”

“What do you mean eliminated? I haven’t been steal…..”

“Stop right there Estelle. I know that you’ve been stealing and I’m here to give you a chance to redeem yourself. Normally we don’t concern ourselves with correcting the wrongs of others but for some reason my boss sent me to you.”

“You better leave right now before I stomp you!”

“I wouldn’t try that if I were you because you’d just hurt yourself.”

I inched over to the counter where the large, clear plastic bowl was, picked it up and slammed it down to trap the little creature. He just looked at me and laughed.

I sat on the floor and started to question him.

“How do you know anything about me?”

“We know everything but we pick and choose who we come into contact with. Now unless you return every penny, you will be going straight down to Hell with me!”

I looked at him with a grin on my face and laughingly said, “I don’t know who you think you are but I won’t be going anywhere with your little ass!”

“You can play with me if you want but I promise you’ll regret it. The big man doesn’t play and he’ll destroy you!”

I picked up that bowl with him in it, and quickly threw it out of the window of my house. Once I turned around, he was right by my side looking up at me.

“You seem to think that this is a joke so I’ll have to show you!”

After about two minutes the whole house spun around at an enormous speed and before I knew it, I was face to face with Satan.

Before he got a chance to speak, I woke myself up from the craziest dream I’d ever had.

I sat up in my bed looked on my dresser and there sat Demetri looking dead into my eyes.

“You can’t get away from me Estelle. Now let’s take a trip down to that bank and replace all the money you stole.”

I ran out of the house screaming and never looked back.
