A prompt poem
I walk along the avenue of trees
and hear the rustle of the leaves
Falling softly to the ground
from a gentle breeze.

I feel a warm wind
upon my face
Coloured leaves
swirling around
up and up
tumbling down
Dancing in the air
full of grace

A carpet of leaves
beneath my feet
The fragrance of
the morning dew
and the wind in my hair
falling leaves
along an avenue of trees..
