A poem about fitness or lack of
I used to be so flexible,
Touching my toes with ease.
Stretchable, elastic and bendable,
With my perfect youthful knees.

These days, not so much.
I think twice before I bend.
My toes seldom feel my touch.
Bones creak when I try to ascend.
