a short poem.
I am everyone you've ever wanted.
I am the woman at the coffee shop, drawing your gaze.
I am the woman at the bar, knowing how much you lust after her and soaking it up.
I am that woman at the grocery store, humble and modest.

You are no one I've ever wanted.
You are the man that ignores my messages and acts as if he didn't see them.
You are the man that watches me walk away, without a single word to stop me.
You are that man that helped me leave you sooner than you had hoped.
