Staleness Fix

My rear is numbing.
My fingers have tanked.
Stale words are incoming.
My mind has decamped.

Breathing thick air,
my body's not moving.
Get out of my chair,
I need to be grooving.

I know what to do;
I need Smooth rhythmic beats
pulsing me through.
My staleness retreats.
