They didn't believe me. I told them that the voices warned me of the disaster. I had to carry the gun! If I hadn't brought the gun more people would have been shot! I saw him getting ready. I saw him take aim. I shot first. I don't know why they didn't find his rifle. It was perfectly clear to me.

The voices told me he was going to shoot every woman at the event, or otherwise kill them. He hated women! He wouldn't have signed the law if he gave too shakes about women. I won't let him wipe us out. It wouldn't exactly be a murder that I killed him. The voices reassured me of that. It was self-defense and the defense of other women. He was a misogynistic bastard now he is right where he belongs, in a box.
