Are tuxedos dignified?

Some are bold with dashing colors
peacocks beyond compare.
Some are dun, with rusts and browns,
many of them are rare.

But some are found with that dignity
wearing just white and black,
the penguin, tuxedo in place,
squabbles with noisome flack.
