Small poems can say so much,

Underneath a tree he sat
Looking all alone and yet
Upon his face was a look
Only seen in a picture book

His eyes were like a fountain deep
Into which the stars did creep
His hair, a flowing mass of yellow
He was a handsome sort of fellow

He was serene upon his throne
Tho he seemed so all alone
His world was full of glee
At least it seemed to be

A man of the world
With a curious curl
Just a boy of three
Who belongs to me.
