Darkness overtakes my mind, and that's when I start to dream
Every night I close my eyes,
and when I drift off to sleep.

Darkness overtakes my mind,
and that's when I start to dream.

Old memories come to life,
memories I pray to keep.

Lucid dreams they then unwind,
flowing deep just like a stream.

When slumber reaches full rem,
nightmares begin to invade.

Demons haunting as I go,
just before the morning breaks.

Evil lies with the condemned,
help me Lord through this crusade.

Hungry beasts feast on my soul,
pray dear God my soul to take.
