When talking badly about others, keep in mind what you say says a lot about you.
Trash Talk!

It occurs to me that if you do not like trash talked about you, MAYBE you should not talk trash about someone else.

Trash talk can be spiteful and hurtful to the person being talked about, and it does not change things.

Talking trash about someone else may feel good at the moment, but as soon as it is about you, the fun ends.

Trashing a friend, co-worker, neighbor, or anyone else makes for poor future relationships.

So leave trash talk behind, and remember, if you can’t say something nice, say nothing at all!
